Tusk has only one long dorsal fin. Elongated body shape, one hair strand under the chin, back and sides light gray or brown, underside white. Back, tail and anal fin edged with a white band, in this a black ribbon. Oldercopies are uflekkete, while the younger has 5 6 indistinct limited bright spots or stripes on each side. Tusk is about a meter long.

Nergård has factories in the Lofoten area and in Finnmark producing stockfish naturally dried outside. The production of stockfish has it`s roots in old tradition. The raw material is catched right next to the location of factories, which ensures top quality end products.
