Nergård AS
Nergård AS is the parent company of the group, which owns shares in the subsidiaries. The company is led by the group chief executive Magnar Pedersen, and has its head office in Tromsø. We have two departments: the sales department and the financial department.
The sales department
Nergård’s sales department is the primary sales and marketing channel of the group. The department sells most of the group's pelagic products and all varieties of white fish except for dried fish from Lofoten. The sales department also sells fish from other companies which are not associated with the group. The department is led by sales manager Morten Hermansen.
The financial department
The financial department is responsible for the group’s financial systems, financial reporting, consolidated accounts and financing. Responsibility for the group IT systems also rests with this department. The department is led by CFO Tommy Torvanger.
