Nergård has some 440 employees. Approximately 150 of these work in the trawler company Nergård Havfiske AS. The rest work for the various processing companies along the coast and the sales and administration department at the head office in Tromsø. 

In relation to the recruitment of new employees, we are especially interested in people with the following skills:

• Technicians, in particular those specialising in automation 
• Forklift drivers
• People with sales and marketing skills
